Return & Refund Policy

At INDIGENOUSLY, we take pride in the products we create and the experience we provide. We want our return and refund process to be clear, fair and straightforward.

Made-to-Order Products

Our From the Rez to the World hoodies are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Because each product is prepared through a made-to-order fulfilment process, we do not routinely accept returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, preference changes or a customer selecting an incorrect size when the item has been produced correctly.

Please review the product photographs, descriptions and size guide before purchasing.

This policy does not affect your rights relating to defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, contains a printing error or is different from the product you ordered, please contact us.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair where suitable, refund or other resolution required by applicable law.

If an incorrect size was shipped despite your having selected the correct size at checkout, we will treat it as a fulfilment error rather than a customer sizing mistake.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem, ideally within seven days of delivery where practical, so that we can investigate promptly.

We offer a 180-day support window after delivery for reporting manufacturing defects and fulfilment errors.

Reports outside that period will still be assessed where required by law or where the circumstances warrant further review. The 180-day period does not replace or shorten any non-waivable statutory rights.

How to Submit a Request

Email indigenouslyco@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number and the name used at checkout.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs or videos where relevant.

• Any additional details that may help us investigate.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return authorization and instructions.

Approved Returns

If a return is necessary, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Please do not send products to an address found on the shipping label without first receiving authorization.

For an approved return involving a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect fulfilment or another situation where we are responsible, we will arrange or cover reasonable necessary return-shipping costs.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we will arrange payment back to the original payment method wherever possible.

The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and applicable processing requirements.

Any refund will include amounts required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before production begins.

Once production has started, voluntary changes or cancellations may not be available because the product is already being prepared.

This restriction does not affect cancellation or refund rights provided by law, including rights relating to non-delivery, materially delayed fulfilment or other legally recognized circumstances.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your package is lost, or if a delivery is marked complete but you have not received it, please contact us promptly.

We may request delivery information and cooperate with the carrier to investigate.

We will provide any remedy required by applicable law, considering the available shipping and delivery evidence.

Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces statutory rights, legal warranties, remedies or cancellation protections that apply to your purchase.
