Where We Ship

INDIGENOUSLY currently offers shipping to eligible addresses in Canada and the United States.

Shipping availability depends on the destination, product and available fulfilment services. If no shipping method appears for your address during checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Made-to-Order Production

Our From the Rez to the World hoodies are produced on demand through our fulfilment partner.

For small orders, our fulfilment partner generally aims to complete production within 3–7 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed processing period.

Production times may vary because of order volume, production capacity, product availability and other operational circumstances.

Shipping transit time begins after an order has been dispatched and is separate from production time.

Shipping Rates

Available delivery options and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit payment.

Rates may vary by delivery address, order contents and shipping method. Any free-shipping offer applies only when expressly displayed in the store or at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery estimates presented during checkout, in order correspondence or by the carrier are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We will communicate material fulfilment delays and provide cancellation or refund options when required by applicable law.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, we will provide it through your shipping confirmation or order-status information.

Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Depending on the shipping origin, destination and applicable rules, an order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your delivery is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number, tracking information and photographs where relevant.

We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and shipping carrier and provide a suitable resolution based on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits statutory delivery, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
